Capitol Spring
A friend came to visit early in early March, so we decided to go downtown and take in some of the sights for awhile. On the way out the door, I decided to bring my camera along just in case, completely forgetting that the Spring bloom extended past cherry blossom season. Well rewarded I was, with tulips in dozens of colors scattered all around the City, lending to some incredible shots.

Monumental Autumn
There's nothing like a complete re-edit of an old favorite. This 3 shot HDR of the classic Washington DC lineup brings out the stunning colors of Autumn. Re-processed using Photomatix 4.2 with noise removal done on the sky in Photoshop have made this a much sharper, cleaner edit than my first attempt two years ago.
